This phase includes constant monitoring of the initial design brief to create your vision and constant interaction with certifiers to optimise the approval process and in turn issuing of the construction certificate. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs,  stay on top of schedules for a timely delivery and work openly with the client, designers and authorities. We take the hassle out of dealing with Council.

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build and beyond. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The finish line in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and building manuals. Prior and after completion, we have walkthroughs to ensure your complete satisfaction.
